Rain inside the biggest Mall in Canada..It's huge! See the ceiling? She spent a whole week end in this place, expense free with nothing to do but roam around, drink, eat, sleep in an expensive suite..Lucky!
Drinking just Pepsi?...
The pause ( or pose ) that refreshes...

Meanwhile, in Virginia...
It was a crazy weekend for me. I took off after lunch on Thursday. As soon as I got home, I shed off my clothes and put on my yard work ensemble and got on my knees until it was time to go to evening mass. I was assigned to do the first reading from the book of Exodus.
My sister-in-law and her husband who were visiting from St. Croix were with me. Perla joined us later. We stayed up late that night getting the house ready for the Easter party. Picked up middle daughter Karla from the bus depot at 12:30 AM. She came home from New York for Easter.
Woke up early Friday to do more errands, this time for the Philippine Medical Association Auxiliary ( I am the President). I was coordinating the summer salute to the graduates. Had to go to the base and check out possible venues for that event and signed the contract. Did grocery shopping with my sister-in-law's husband.
Got home later in the day, sick like a dog. My allergy was really kicking my butt. I stayed home while everybody went to Friday evening mass. Saturday morning, it snowed. Could not finish my yard work but I worked on our income tax returns. They are due next week.
I was still feeling down with allergy so I stayed back again while everybody went to Williamsburg to watch our youngest, Cheri, who was participating in the College of William and Mary's "Taste of Asia" presentation. Later that day, the sun came out and so I got out in the yard again to finish my yard work in the cold until dark. I was worn out by the time I quit.
I had a low back pain. I went up the room above the garage and lay on my back for awhile. Got up when everybody came home at past eleven, got cleaned up and started cooking until 5:30 AM. Took a short nap, got up and we all went to church, came home at mid day and entertained guests who joined us for Easter lunch.
What a weekend!!

Raindrops keep falling on my head but that doesn't mean my eyes will
soon be turning red. Crying's not for me cause I'm never gonna stop
the rain by complaining. Because I'm free. Nothing's worrying
me.
Always wear that same smile "a worry-free smile" as I remember them awhile back.
